gs

A computer program is available to generate samples for association studies based on HapMap data. The samples generated by the program can also be used in testing algorithms for tag SNP selection and haplotype inference. Please send your comments and suggestions to Jing Li (JINGLI AT EECS DOT CASE DOT EDU).

  • Dowdload the Program

The current version of gs is 1.3. If you use gs, please send me an email at (JINGLI AT EECS DOT CASE DOT EDU), so that we can keep you informed of updates and we could have an idea of the level of interest in the program.  Windows and Linux are available now.
