also just as a disclaimer, it is not my intent to compromise or spam craigslist with the autoposter. the autoposter is nothing more than a time savings tool. instead of retyping the ads over and over again, the user can create an ad definition once, set a time interval, and let the autoposter do all of the grunt work. i do not view this from being any different that copy/pasting text into the various fields.
the autoposter software is written in java, php, and uses a mysql database as the backstore. the web php front-end allows the user to add/edit/delete/view ads. the application is designed to run on multiple servers, as long as the database is shared the servers will not step over each other and will be able to balance the load.
