Welcome to the Homepage of Nanoscape Research Laboratory!

Nanoscape is the nanocomputing research laboratory in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at Case Western Reserve University. Research efforts in the lab are led by Prof. Swarup Bhunia. At present, five graduate students are associated with the research lab. In Nanoscape, the principal research thrust is nanocomputing, with both nanoscaled CMOS as well as emerging nanodevices. In particular, the lab focuses on developing model, architecture and circuit techniques for reliable, low-power and reconfigurable nanoelectronic system design and their applications to bio-implantable devices (for neural recording and stimulation) as well as poly-SiC based high-temperature electronics.
